The National Trial Lawyers
An exceedingly rare legal accomplishment, Bill Zuhdi has WON appeals in three different United States Federal Courts of Appeals, in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Bill Zuhdi has served as sole counsel in over 300 appeals for clients.  The number of cases, including jury trials, Bill Zuhdi has handled in federal court and state court at the trial level, are virtually uncountable.  Below listed are some but not all of Bill Zuhdi's legal accomplishments, including published opinions, reversals, trials, positive changes in the law, and sentence modifications.

Cases in the United States Supreme Court, United States Courts of Appeals,
United States District Courts,  State Courts of Appeal and State Courts

Note about published opinions:

Publication is recorded and kept for those cases that concern important issues of law. Once recorded, these cases are binding on trial court judges. These published opinions are subsequently cited by attorneys and by other courts as authority for legal principals and precedents, and attorneys rely on these cases in providing advice to their clients. Throughout his illustrious career, Bill Zuhdi has had fifteen published opinions.

Attorneys who handle appeals that become published opinions have done more than advocate on behalf of their client. They have litigated questions of law for which there was no clear answer. These attorneys have contributed to the understanding and development of the law and have assisted the Courts of Appeal in carrying out one of its most important public functions.
